01/Project Overview

One ecosystem, many workflows.

ARC is a competitive gaming ecosystem. It brings together the workflows competitive communities rely on, player profiles, recruitment, tournaments, content and communication, which normally live across a patchwork of separate products.

Inherit Code designed and built the platform around how players, teams, organizers and scouts actually operate, with support for competitive communities across titles such as BGMI, Free Fire and Clash of Clans.

Built for

  • Esports players
  • Teams & organizations
  • Tournament organizers
  • Talent scouts & recruiters

02/Industry Challenge

Competitive gaming runs on tools that were never built to work together.

  • 01

Player identity is scattered across profiles, chats and social media.

  • 02

Recruitment happens informally, in DMs and group chats.

  • 03

Tournaments are organised through spreadsheets and ad-hoc tooling.

  • 04

Payouts are handled manually, with little shared visibility.

  • 05

Clips and highlights live on platforms disconnected from competitive identity.

  • 06

Discovery is hard, talent is easy to miss and difficult to verify.

03/Platform Ecosystem

Eight workflows, one connected platform.

Each part of competitive life that normally lives in a different product is designed here as one connected system.

01

Player Profiles

Public profiles showcasing competitive history, achievements, preferred games, roles and clips.

02

Recruitment

Teams and organizations publish openings; players browse and apply directly.

03

Tournaments

Organizers create and manage tournaments and scrims through the platform.

04

Prize Distribution

Tournament payouts can be administered through the platform for a more transparent process.

05

Content & Clips

Players upload gaming clips and short-form content.

06

Talent Discovery

Organizations and recruiters discover players through content, profiles and activity.

07

Communication

Direct messaging and in-platform communication, including voice and video.

08

Multi-Game Support

Built for competitive communities across titles such as BGMI, Free Fire and Clash of Clans.

04/Recruitment System

Recruitment, made direct.

Teams and organizations publish recruitment opportunities, for players and for staff, and players apply to them directly, replacing the informal hiring that usually happens across scattered chats.

  • Team and staff recruitment postings
  • Searchable openings with filters for game, type and location
  • Recruitment cards showing role, location, compensation and applicants
  • Direct applications from player profiles

05/Tournament Infrastructure

Tournaments and scrims, organised.

Tournament organizers create and run competitions through the platform, from scrims to prize events. Payouts can be administered through the same workflow, making prize distribution more transparent for organizers and participants.

  • Create and manage tournaments and scrims
  • Scrim listings with format, slots and schedule
  • Join and registration flows for teams
  • Prize distribution administered through the platform

06/Player Discovery

Discovery built on real activity.

Organizations and recruiters find players through their profiles, their content and their activity on the platform, surfacing talent that would otherwise be easy to miss.

  • Profiles with competitive history, roles and achievements
  • Discovery through clips and short-form content
  • Activity-driven visibility for players
  • A path from discovery to recruitment in one place

07/Content & Clips

A content layer for competitive play.

Players upload gaming clips and short-form content, giving their competitive identity a living, social dimension, and giving scouts another signal to discover talent.

  • Short-form vertical clip feed
  • Player-uploaded gaming content
  • Social interactions on clips
  • Content tied directly to player profiles

08/Communication Layer

Built to coordinate, in-platform.

Players, teams and organizations communicate through direct messaging and platform tools, including voice and video, so coordination happens where the rest of the workflow already lives.

  • Direct messaging between users
  • Voice and video communication
  • Team coordination around trials and recruitment
  • Communication connected to profiles and recruitment

10/Product Architecture

Unified Platform Architecture

One ecosystem spanning profiles, recruitment, tournaments, content and communication.

Cross-Platform Experience

A desktop dashboard alongside a mobile-native interface.

Real-Time Communication

Direct messaging with voice and video.

Content & Media Pipeline

Clip upload and short-form playback.

Scalable Backend Architecture

Structured to support multi-game competitive communities.

Modern Frontend Architecture

A component-driven interface built for clarity and maintainability.

The specific frameworks, services and infrastructure are fully documented and handed to the ARC team as part of the engagement.

11/Ownership & Handover

The platform is theirs.

As with every Inherit Code engagement, ARC owns the result outright. The source code, the infrastructure and the documentation are handed over in full, and the team is equipped to operate and extend the platform on its own terms.

  • Full source ownership
  • Complete documentation
  • Zero vendor lock-in

12/Outcome

An ecosystem, designed as one.

ARC brings together the workflows competitive gaming communities depend on, building identity, recruiting, competing, sharing and connecting, into a single platform where they finally work as one.
