  • Every engagement follows four movements: Discover, Architect, Build and Inherit. We map the problem and design the system before building in tight, reviewable increments, and you see working software every week rather than a single reveal at the end.

  • We scope each engagement after a short discovery phase and work in fixed-scope phases rather than open-ended hourly billing. You approve the roadmap and the cost of each phase before it begins, so there are no surprises.

  • Launch is a milestone, not the end. We hand over a documented, tested system your team can run independently. If you'd prefer ongoing support or a continued roadmap, we can stay engaged, but never as a dependency you can't leave.

  • Yes. We embed with your engineers, pair on the hard parts and transfer knowledge throughout, so your team is genuinely equipped to own and extend the system, not just inherit a repository.
